Service for the pcKeyboard could not be simpler.  Should the system processor fail, a replacement pcKeyboard is shipped overnight to the site.  The peripherals are disconnected from the original unit and the new pcKeyboard is connected in its place.   AVE Investments even offers to load the store’s software on the replacement AT NO CHARGE.  No other manufacturer can make this claim.  This means that a failed pcKeyboard can be up and running by the next morning.
