pcMonitor takes advantage of this fact by offering a15” LCD Flat Panel monitor with a rugged, retail-hardened computer attached to the back with its VESA mount.   Welcome to the next generation in Point of Service. 

In the past when a touchscreen computer failed the entire unit was lost to use, sometimes for days on end.  Now only the part that failed needs to be replaced.  No tools and no technician required.  Remove the pc from its quick-mount bracket and either the pc or the monitor is ready to be changed out.  Combine this with AVE’s 3 year advance replacement warranty and the option of having your software loaded on the hard drive before it is sent to the site and you have one of the most valuable warranties in the industry.  What good is on-site service if the parts are not available when the technician arrives on the site? 

The fanless pcMonitor runs silently, allowing service oriented conversations between you and your customer.   Thanks to 40G shock-mounted hard drive the pcMonitor can operate as a stand-alone system or as part of a network, unlike most of its competitors. 

The pcMonitor is ideal for any Point of Service application in its touchscreen configuration and, with the standard LCD flat panel, it can be a welcome solution to your computer needs in any office or on any sales counter.
