Return Policies

1. Standard Stock items returned within 30 days of the receipt of the product will be accepted for full credit if they are received by AVE Investments, Inc. in the condition they were originally shipped to the customer and in saleable condition with all the cables, accessories, manual, drivers and CD. A 20% restocking fee may apply. After 30 days no returns are accepted except for repairs.

2. After submitting a completed RMA form the Customer must be available should the technician at AVE Investments wish to speak with him about the problems reported on the RMA request form. An RMA number will not be assigned until the technician has determined that the defect cannot be resolved over the phone.

3. Products shipped without an AVE Investments RMA number may be rejected at the receiving dock.

4. Advance replacements will be shipped via UPS Ground unless other options are requested. Customer will bear the cost of shipment of replacement unit, AVE Investments will cover the cost of the return of the in-warranty defective unit if returned in the same carton as the replacement unit and with the shipping label supplied by AVE Investments.

5. All replacement products are warrantied 90 days from date of shipment. AVE Investments will ship an equivalent model (if original is no longer available) to Customer upon issuance of RMA number. These units may be new or refurbished at AVE Investments' option. If on file at AVE Investments, the Customer's software image will be loaded on the replacement computer at no cost to the Customer during the warranty period. The contents of the image are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

6. After submission of the RMA form, the customer will be directed to a secure web site where their credit card will be charged for the cost of shipping to the customer's site. No replacement equipment will be shipped until payment is received unless a maintenance contract is already in place with AVE Investments. Customer will be billed for the shipping costs on a monthly basis if the equipment is under contract.

7. Customer will be invoiced for the list price of the unit replaced as soon as it has been shipped. Customer then has 30 days from the shipment of the replacement product to return the defective unit using the packaging and shipping label supplied by AVE Investments. After the 30 day grace period has expired, Customer must pay for the replacement unit in full. Equipment received after the 30 day grace period may be charged a $25 late fee per item.

8. Items out of warranty or damaged as a result of customer misuse will be diagnosed and an estimate to repair supplied to the Customer. The Customer must respond in writing within 30 days of notification with instructions as to how AVE Investments is to proceed. After 30 days, the unit may be discarded by AVE Investments.

9. Materials damaged during return shipping are the responsibility of the Customer. It is his responsibility to provide adequate packaging to insure a safe return to AVE Investments.

10. Software, including operating systems, are not returnable or refundable once the seal on the package is opened. Supplies are limited to DOA replacements only.
