White Glove Installation Services
Where we differentiate ourselves is when we go beyond traditional Integration and Staging services. We have learned how to lower rollout costs and improve quality by using our own employee POS technicians and our own custom motor coaches filled with customer inventory to remove the old equipment and install the new. Our "White Glove" list of tasks and options allows a retailer to customize the rollout process
HaaS (Hardware as a Service)
We understand the retailers challenge of peak and valley demand of seasonal or temporary store locations. We have lead the POS industry with Hardware as a Service - HaaS - offering. Retailers can now acquire POS on an annual rental contract for temporary or seasonal stores. When we manufacture and own the asset and we have the rollout services and warehousing, we are in a unique position to personalize a solution for each retailers unique seasonal schedule.
Warranty & Maintenance
All new pcCashdrawer products come with a 3 year replacement warranty. We support every POS manufacturer and can offer Warranty Management, Advance Exchange options, Depot and with our 1200 contract technicians On-Site Maintenance. On Site POS maintenance is available nationwide for as little as $10 per month per register.
